Initiate Your Return Material Authorization (RMA) Request
An RMA is required if you wish to ship any material to our facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, these situations: Warranty Repair or Replacement, Non-Warranty Repair/Failure Analysis/Evaluation (NAMCO Nuclear products only).
All Non-Warranty Repairs or Evaluations are assessed an initial evaluation fee: $200. The actual charges will be communicated to the customer for approval prior to repair being performed.
